The Reality We Address

Across rural and tribal communities of India, folk artisans—men and women alike—possess refined artistic skills shaped by centuries of cultural inheritance. However, whether it is a Gond painter in Madhya Pradesh or a Madhubani artist in Bihar, these skills often remain confined due to limited exposure to global markets, lack of institutional support, and absence of structured platforms.
As a result, generational folk artists remain financially vulnerable despite their immense capabilities, and India's indigenous art forms slowly begin to lose continuity.
